iTunes Keeps Crashing Problem
iTunes is media player by Apple for Windows and Mac. It is used for organizing Music and Video files on your system. Basic purpose of iTunes is to manage content on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Several Windows users have complaint iTunes keeps crashing issue. This generally happens due to corrupt registry settings or problem in program installation files.
To fix iTunes crashing and computer randomly restarts problem follow the steps given below:
· Create a New User Profile
· Repair Windows Registry
· Update iTunes
· Re-Install iTunes
Create a New User Profile
Corrupt user profile may result in crashing of iTunes. Creating a new user profile may fix the problem. To do so follow the steps given below:
1. Click on Start
2. Go to Control Panel
3. Click on User Accounts
4. Click on Create a New Account
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the account creation process
6. Now Log off your current account and log in to the newly created account
Open iTunes and check that the similar issue appears or not.
Repair Windows Registry Settings
If Windows registry is corrupt its first symptom is the crashing or freezing of different programs. iTunes crashing problem may appear due to corrupt registry. To fix the issue you are required to download and install System Utilities software that includes a Registry Cleaner tool.

Update iTunes
If you have installed an outdated version of iTunes on your computer it may result in iTunes keeps crashing problem. To get rid of this problem you are required to download and install the updated version of iTunes.
